A healthy business culture begins with individual boundaries and extends to intentional organizational boundaries. How do you ensure your organization’s most valuable asset, your staff, is functioning healthily, mindful of their own boundaries and self-care? We can help you create an environment that respects and celebrates healthy boundaries, provide practical exercises for stress management at work, and easy-to-implement routines to bring self-care into all aspects of life.

In this 3-hour interactive, live workshop facilitated through Zoom you will recognize your personal boundaries and how they function, assess the current organizational boundaries present in your workplace, recognize the need for healthy organizational boundaries, use practical exercises for stress management at work, and recognize the role boundaries play in stress management and self-care,

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be emailed to cace@augsburg.edu within 7 days of the course start date. Twenty percent of the registration fee is non-refundable but may be applied to future courses at the discretion of the director of continuing education.

Any cancellation received within 7 days of the start of the institute, or during the institute, will result in a full forfeiture of all tuition and fees.

If insufficient enrollment, or instructor illness, requires us to reschedule a workshop, all registrants will be notified of any changes in the published information. If a course is canceled, all registrants will receive a full refund.
