In today’s rapidly evolving and complex business landscape, leaders who possess the ability to foster a culture of curiosity are better equipped to navigate uncertainty, drive innovation and cultivate high-performing teams. “Leading with Curiosity” is an interactive workshop designed to help leaders develop and enhance their curiosity as a leadership competency. Through engaging activities, insightful discussions, and practical strategies, participants will explore the power of curiosity and its impact on effective leadership.

In this 3-hour live workshop facilitated through Zoom you will practice developing a curiosity mindset, recognize how to foster a culture of curiosity, recognize how to leverage curiosity as a tool for driving continuous improvement, fostering a learning culture, and embracing change, and you will examine your individual habits and practices to nurture and sustain curiosity in everyday leadership interactions.

DISCOUNTS

Register for all four leadership courses at the same time and receive a $150 discount. Eligible courses include Trauma-Informed Workplace, Leading With CuriosityBoundaries, Stress Management, and Self-Care, and Communicating in Conflict.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be emailed to cace@augsburg.edu within 7 days of the course start date. Twenty percent of the registration fee is non-refundable but may be applied to future courses at the discretion of the director of continuing education.

Any cancellation received within 7 days of the start of the institute, or during the institute, will result in a full forfeiture of all tuition and fees.

If insufficient enrollment, or instructor illness, requires us to reschedule a workshop, all registrants will be notified of any changes in the published information. If a course is canceled, all registrants will receive a full refund.
